Question: I never got the registration confirmation email?

Answer:

There could be two reasons:

1. The email arrived late because of network delays. Most of the time, the confirmation email (with activation instructions) will reach your email box right away. However, sometimes it can take longer.
2. The email address may have been wrong, e.g. This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it instead of myemail@Verizon.com
